We prefer to just stay in the music classroom having fun, but the technicalities help keep everything running smoothly for all of us! Please review our policies before signing up.

TUITION & PAYMENTS
A $55 registration and materials fee per student (maximum of $80 per family) is due upon initial enrollment, and at the beginning of the fall semester in following years.
Tuition is a flat monthly rate, paid by auto-pay on the first day of each month.
• $82/month for 30-minute Mini Musician classes
• $108/month for 30-minute beginner lessons
• $140/month for 60-minute group lessons
• $161/month for 60-minute deluxe lessons
• $161/month for private adult lessons (30 minutes)
All tuition and fees are non-refundable. Any payment over 5 days late is subject to a $30 late fee.
MISSED LESSONS
Students Missing Lessons
It’s important that you make coming to your lessons a priority. Since most of our lessons are taught in groups, we’re unable to guarantee makeup classes, and any lessons missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
To be eligible for a makeup class, a lesson must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you want to reschedule, email us with your request before your scheduled lesson, and if there is an available spot in the next 2 weeks you may reschedule. If you have to miss because of illness or emergency, email us with your request to reschedule.
Teacher Cancellations
If a teacher has to miss a lesson, either a substitute teacher will be provided, an opportunity to reschedule will be offered, or a video lesson will be sent.
Student Illness
Out of consideration for teachers and fellow students, please stay home if you are not feeling well. If a student attends class showing signs of illness, we reserve the right to send them home.
DISCONTINUING LESSONS
In ongoing classes, students commit to a class time for the full semester. You may withdraw from lessons before the conclusion of a semester, as long as you give us a full month’s notice in writing (send an email), and an early termination fee of $59 will be due.
Students are automatically re-enrolled in lessons each semester, unless you request a discontinuation form by the last day of the semester.
MEDIA CONSENT
Photos and videos of participants in classes and events may be used by Muletown School of Music. Last names of students will not be published. Please send us a written request at info@muletownmusic.com if you need to opt out.
